1. About the service
Coachi is a training app that may offer audio coaching, workout history, summaries, account features, any Premium features and voice or AI-based features when available.
The service is provided by GAARDER (sole proprietorship), organisation no. 937 327 412, under the Coachi brand.
Free and Premium
Coachi is free to download and may offer a free version and optional Premium subscriptions.
Features may change
We may update, adjust or remove features when necessary for technical, security or product reasons.
2. Accounts and responsible use
Some parts of Coachi can be used without an account, while other features require sign-in. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for protecting your device and sign-in details.
- You must not bypass security mechanisms or misuse subscriptions or AI features.
- You must not use the service in a way that harms Coachi, other users or providers.
3. Exercise, health and sensors
Coachi is not medical advice and does not replace healthcare professionals. Heart-rate readings, sensors and workout measurements may be inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for assessing whether the exercise is suitable for you.
- Stop or adapt the activity if you experience pain, dizziness or other discomfort.
- If you are unsure about your health, you should consult a healthcare professional before use.
4. Subscriptions and payment
If Premium is offered in Coachi, prices, any trial periods, renewal and cancellation are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases, payments, renewals and management take place through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and purchase channel.
- You can use Restore Purchases or retry synchronisation if a valid store purchase does not appear in the app.
- Subscription cancellation is handled in the store where the subscription was purchased.
5. AI, audio and Talk to Coach
Coachi may offer AI-based features, including audio coaching, questions and answers, and voice-based features. These are support tools and may be inaccurate, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
- AI features must not be used as medical or other professional advice.
- The experience may be limited by network conditions, technical availability or product tier.
6. History, summaries and availability
Workout history, summaries and related measurements are part of the service. What is available in the app may depend on account status, sensor access and product tier. We aim to keep Coachi stable, but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
7. Intellectual property and limitation of liability
The app, content, audio files, design and technology belong to Coachi or our licensors. To the extent permitted by law, Coachi is not liable for indirect loss, interruptions or loss caused by misuse, sensor errors or third-party services.
